2. HOW TO ENTER: Drop off a “donation,” defined as clothing, shoes, household items or things that could be sold in Goodwill stores, at one of the four NBT/Goodwill Donation Drops and times listed below. Your donation will be weighed by a Goodwill representative and the weight of your donation will be recorded. Fill out a donation form with your information before leaving. The person who brings the most donations, by weight, will win the grand prize. Three runners-up will also be determined by weight. The three runners-up will be the top three donors, in pounds, after the grand prize winner. In order to participate and win you must provide all the information requested by Goodwill. Donations must be received at the locations and times below and proper paperwork must be filled out in order for it to count toward your total donation weight. There is no limit to the number of times someone can donate at each event.

Please note, large items such as furniture, bicycles and exercise equipment will not be included in the weight total for contest purposes, although they will be welcome as donations. Goodwill representatives will have final say on all disputes on the eligibility of a donation.

In order to participate and win a grand prize without donating, please see a Goodwill representative at the above locations and times for an alternate means of entry.

3. ELIGIBILITY: The “Next Big Donation” is open only to residents, 12 years of age or older, of the following Florida counties: Citrus, Hernando, Pasco, Pinellas, Hillsborough, Polk, Manatee, Hardee, Highlands, DeSoto, Sarasota, Charlotte. Employees of Cox Enterprises, Inc., Cox Radio, Inc., WSUN-FM, other radio stations, promotional sponsors including Goodwill Industries-Suncoast, Inc., and all affiliated companies (and the immediate family members of all such employees, and all other with whom they are domiciled) are not eligible to participate in the contest or win prizes. The term, immediate families includes spouses, grandparents, siblings, children, and grandchildren. All entries agree to have their name, voice and/or likenesses used in any advertising or broadcasting material related to this contest without any compensation or rights to royalties for such use.

4. PRIZES: Two Grand Prize winners will be awarded. The first grand prize winner will be determined by the total weight of donations received from any one person at the four events. The Grand Prize winner will receive two (2) reserved seats for 97X Next Big Thing, December 6, 2009 at the Ford Amphitheatre, a meet & greet with one of the bands (to be determined by 97X), a parking pass and a pair of Converse Chuck Taylor high-tops autographed by NBT artists. (ARV = $140) A second grand prize winner will be randomly chosen from the alternate means of entry from all the above events. The second grand prize winner will receive the same grand prize as listed above. Three runners-up will be determined by total weight of donations received at the four Goodwill Donation Drops. Additional runners-up will be randomly selected from donors at each Goodwill Donation Drop and at Next Big Thing (one per event). Each runner-up will receive a pair of Converse Chuck Taylor high-tops autographed by NBT artists. (ARV = $40) Grand Prize winner and runners-up will be announced on December 2, 2009. The winners will be notified of prize via telephone. The winners will be required to pick up their prizes at Cox Radio Tampa, located at 11300 4^th St. N, Suite 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33716 during regular business hours, 8:30 a.m. through 5:30 p.m.

5. ODDS: The odds of winning depend on the number and total weight of donations received. For the alternate means of entry, the odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.

6. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND ACCEPTANCE: Grand Prize winner has 3 days to pick up tickets from Cox Radio Studios, located at 11300 4^th St. N, Suite 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33716 during regular business hours, 8:30 a.m. through 5:30 p.m. The Winner may waive his or her right to receive a prize. Prizes are non-assignable and non-transferable. Prizes will not be mailed to the winner. No substitutions allowed, except that prizes and individual components of prize packages are subject to availability and WSUN-FM reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. The winner is solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes on prizes. As a condition of receiving the contest prize, the winner will be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility and a liability and publicity release, which must be signed at the time the winner claims his/her prize at the WSUN-FM business office. Failure to sign the affidavit or release, or to comply with any term or condition of these Official Rules, may, at the sole discretion of WSUN-FM, and Cox Radio, Inc., result in winner's disqualification, the forfeiture of his or her interest in the prize. Except where prohibited, participation in the Contest constitutes the winner's consent to the publication of his or her name and image in on-air promotional announcements and other promotional material from WSUN-FM, and Cox Radio, and on the Cox Radio Interactive Web sites, and to the inclusion of his or her name and image in any other related publications or Web sites for any commercial or promotional purpose, without limitation or additional compensation. The winner's list may be obtained by sending a request with self-addressed, stamped envelope to 11300 4^th St. N. Suite 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33716 or they may viewed online on 97xonline.com.

7. PARTICIPATION: Participation in the contest constitutes an agreement by each contestant to comply with these official rules. WSUN-FM, and Cox Radio, Inc. reserves the right to cancel or modify the contest if it determines, in its sole discretion, that fraud or technical failures have destroyed the integrity of the contest.

8. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: By entering the contest, contestant agrees that (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the contest, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the contest but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) under no circumstances will any contestant be permitted to obtain any award for, and contestant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages and/or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.

9. CONSTRUCTION: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these official rules, or the rights and obligations of the contestant and Cox Radio, Inc. in connection with the contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of the State of Florida, or any other jurisdiction) that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Florida. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these rules shall otherwise remain in effect and be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.

10. GENERAL RELEASE: By entering the contest, contestants release WSUN-FM, Cox Radio, any other promotional sponsors including Goodwill Industries-Suncoast, Inc., and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the contest or with the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to, loss or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation, or portrayal in a false light).

11. The “Next Big Donation” is sponsored by WSUN-FM, Cox Radio, Inc., 11300 4^th St. N, Suite 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33716, whose decisions regarding the selection of winners and all other aspects of contest shall be final and binding in all respects. WSUN-FM, and/or Cox Radio, Inc., will not be responsible for typographical, printing or other inadvertent errors in these o0fficial rules or in other contest materials.
